  • Analyze trends, patterns, and performance drivers across consumer banking products, channels, and customer segments using reports and dashboards.
  • Translate data and analytical findings into clear, concise insights and narratives that inform senior leadership decision-making.
  • Develop high-quality executive presentations, including recurring performance readouts and ad hoc deep dives, for senior management and leadership forums.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and data science / analytics teams to ensure dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics initiatives (including machine learning use cases) align with business needs and strategic objectives; help frame business problems, assess model performance, and interpret model outputs and key drivers to inform business decisions.
  • Navigate, interpret, and leverage dashboards and reports built in Power BI to answer business questions and proactively identify emerging trends.
  • Perform advanced analysis and modeling using Excel, including forecasting, scenario analysis, variance analysis, and performance tracking; leverage additional analytical tools where appropriate.
  • Support continuous improvement of reporting and dashboard usage by identifying gaps, opportunities, and evolving business questions.

  • Contribute to a culture of data-driven decision-making across the Consumer Bank.

Required Skills:

  • Strong ability to interpret and synthesize insights from dashboards, reports, and large data sets.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, modeling, data validation).
  • Experience navigating and using Power BI dashboards to extract insights and support business analysis.
  • Proven experience building clear, compelling presentations and presenting findings to senior leadership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for executive audiences.

Preferred Experience:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a quantitative field such as Statistics, Analytics, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
