Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description

The Project Manager is responsible for leading launch initiatives and associated facility or process improvement projects from conception through completion. This includes project planning, execution, oversight, and closeout to ensure defined objectives are achieved. The role requires effectively managing project scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards while maintaining a strong focus on business results, including operational readiness, commercial success, and customer satisfaction. Success is measured by the ability to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality expectations while proactively addressing stakeholder requirements and fostering strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Lead launch initiatives and related facility or process improvement projects from conception to completion.
  • Plan, execute, oversee, and close out projects to meet defined objectives.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Focus on achieving business results, including operational readiness, commercial success, and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality expectations.
