Key Responsibilities:
  • The Marketing Program Manager will work closely with the Product Marketing team to develop and refine content that enhances brand awareness, educates customers, and accelerates sales
  • This individual will ensure that scientific and technical content is effectively translated into engaging marketing materials across multiple channels, including the website, blogs, webinars, social media, and digital marketing campaigns
  • As our Marketing Program Manager, you'll be the creative force behind our content strategy, working hand-in-hand with commercial team leads
  • This role requires the ability to balance technical accuracy with compelling messaging to resonate with target audiences in pharma, biotech, and adjacent industries
  • Content Development & Optimization: Work closely with Product Marketing to create, refine, and optimize content that drives awareness, adoption, and engagement
  • Scientific Storytelling: Translate complex scientific and technical concepts into compelling narratives that resonate with different target audiences
  • Marketing Program Execution: Support the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that align with go-to-market (GTM) strategies and product positioning
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute clientโ€™s presence at industry tradeshows and conferences, including exhibit management and logistics.
  • Develop and schedule engaging content across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and automation workflows using marketing automation and campaign management platforms.
  • Support the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional assets.
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies for improved engagement.
  • Assist in other marketing initiatives as needed to support company objectives.
Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate is a master of scientific storytelling, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for creating content that resonates with diverse audiences
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Life Sciences, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in life sciences marketing or communications
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram) and content scheduling tools.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute innovative ideas.
