Overview

Serves in a management capacity with oversight and responsibilities that ensure the efficient and effective operations/services of the Hematology, Oncology, BMT Research Program.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and Development of research programs and services
• Acts as a resource in planning, coordinating, and managing research programs
• Leads research performance/process improvement activities
• Provide mentorship and technical resource support for fellows fulfilling their scholarly research responsibilities
• Manages and creates written, technical scientific documentation for grants/publications
• Partners with key Research Institute team members to ensure effective communication, resource use, and team building

Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred and 3-5 years of Project Management/Supervisory experience
• Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of Project Management/Supervisory experience

Starting Pay

Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $32.87/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.

Remote Work/Work from Home

This is an intermittent remote position, which means that the person hired will work with his or her manager to determine a schedule that includes both at home and on-site hours at a Children’s Mercy location. The incumbent must live in the Kansas City metro area.
