Job Title: Scientific Laboratory Technician
Client: Food Manufacturing Company
Location: Milwaukee, WI 53225
Duration: 4 Months + 1 Week
Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | 4 Days On / 4 Days Off

Job Overview:
Seeking a Laboratory Technician to support food safety, quality control, and laboratory testing operations within a food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
โ€ข Perform routine lab testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products
โ€ข Conduct product analysis and document accurate test results
โ€ข Monitor/calibrate laboratory instruments and perform minor troubleshooting
โ€ข Maintain laboratory records, SOPs, and compliance documentation
โ€ข Support food safety and quality assurance initiatives
โ€ข Assist with inspections, experiments, and operational testing
โ€ข Follow safety and regulatory procedures
Required Skills:
โ€ข Laboratory testing or quality control experience preferred
โ€ข Food manufacturing background is a plus
โ€ข Strong documentation and communication skills
โ€ข Instrument calibration & troubleshooting knowledge
โ€ข Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
โ€ข Comfortable in hot/dusty manufacturing environments
Physical Requirements:
โ€ข Ability to stand for long periods
โ€ข Comfortable climbing/crawling when needed
โ€ข Able to work in temperatures up to 110ยฐF occasionally
