Job description

Digital Advertising Strategist - TikTok. Set up and manage digital advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads Manager, including campaign configuration, audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding strategies, and ongoing performance optimization. Develop and execute data-driven full funnel advertising strategies across campaign objectives in Tiktok Ads Manager. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and conversion rate. Apply audience targeting strategies. Support content strategy and creative analysis. Develop and brief ad creatives tailored to TikTok's platform and current trends. Assist in tracking and attribution setup. Clean, analyze, and prepare ads performance reports and dashboards. Support client communication and share strategic alignment. Utilize TikTok Business Center to manage advertising operations. Support monthly invoice processing. Requires Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Information Science, Journalism, Mass Communication or related area and understanding of the digital marketing landscape, marketing mix, and brand building; background in managing digital advertising campaigns using TikTok Ads Manager or similar platforms; understanding of TikTok Ads Manager and a variety of ad formats; knowledge of basic data analytics concepts, including data cleaning, aggregation, data visualization, and performance tracking for reporting and analysis; ability to analyze data and generate reports to support digital marketing activities using tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; understanding of A/B testing methodologies and data-driven campaign optimization approaches; understanding of short-form video content trends and platform-native content strategies on TikTok; familiarity with digital tracking and attribution concepts, including pixel implementation and conversion measurement; ability to evaluate ad creatives and support content strategy based on performance insights, with an understanding of short-form video content and creative production workflows.
