A Science Illustrator creates detailed and accurate visual representations of scientific subjects, such as anatomy, wildlife, ecosystems, and technical processes. Their work helps communicate complex information in an understandable and engaging way for textbooks, research papers, museums, and digital media. They often collaborate with scientists, educators, and publishers to ensure accuracy and clarity in their illustrations. Job description

The Opportunity
Adobe is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Data Science to lead customer and business analytics for Adobe's Creative Professional portfolio, spanning Creative Cloud All Apps, flagship single-app products such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier Pro, and Firefly.
Adobe's creative products empower millions of customers-from individual creators and creative professionals to businesses-to imagine, create, and deliver standout content. As generative AI transforms creative workflows, Creative Cloud and Firefly play a central role. Adobe is redefining creativity and unlocking new ways for customers to build.
This role sits at the center of how we understand customer behavior, diagnose business performance, and guide growth strategy across the Creative Professional portfolio. You will lead a team responsible for analyzing the full customer funnel-from active users and product engagement to web traffic, conversion, orders, retention, and financial performance-across key product and digital surfaces.
The team will go deep into how customers use Adobe's creative products, which workflows and engagement patterns drive conversion and retention, and how Product, Marketing, and GTM teams can sustain momentum and unlock new growth.
This is a high-impact people leadership role at the intersection of data science, product analytics, marketing analytics, and business performance management. Leading a distributed team of data scientists, you will work closely with senior leaders in Product, GTM, Marketing, and Finance. You will build strategy, set goals, identify risks and opportunities, and turn insights into clear business action.
What You'll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists
  • Own customer and business analytics for the Creative Professional portfolio, including Creative Cloud All Apps, flagship single apps, and Firefly
  • Analyze end-to-end funnel performance across product and digital surfaces, from active users and engagement to traffic, conversion, orders, retention, and ARR impact.
  • Identify the customer behaviors, creative workflows, product actions, and engagement patterns that drive conversion, retention, and long-term value.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer journeys across Adobe's creative products, including how customers discover, adopt, and move between applications and workflows
  • Lead weekly business performance reviews, providing a clear narrative on performance drivers, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, and GTM leaders to connect product usage, customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and financial performance into an integrated view of business health.
  • Help establish funnel goals, targets, and leading indicators for growth, and guide cross-functional teams on how to sustain momentum across the portfolio.
  • Apply advanced analytics and data science methods-including segmentation, forecasting, experimentation, funnel diagnostics, and predictive modeling-to improve decision-making.
  • Improve analytical rigor, business storytelling, and executive communication, including regular engagement with VP-level Product and GTM leaders.
  • Translate complex data and customer behavior into clear, actionable recommendations that influence product roadmaps, marketing strategy, and business planning.

What You'll Need to Succeed
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or a related quantitative field, with strong business facing experience
  • 4+ years of people management experience, including leading and developing high performing teams of analysts or data scientists
  • Strong understanding of digital funnels, subscription businesses, product-led growth, customer engagement, conversion, and ARR-based business models.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect customer behavior, product usage, funnel performance, and financial outcomes into a clear business narrative.
  • Experience running business performance cadences, including weekly executive reviews, performance diagnostics, target tracking, and insight generation.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and experience influencing senior collaborators across Finance, Marketing, Product, GTM, and Sales.
  • Solid foundation in analytics and data science methods, including experimentation, forecasting, segmentation, and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python or R, along with experience using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills, executive presence, and the ability to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required; advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred, such as Master's in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field. An MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Why Adobe?
At Adobe, you'll lead a team that directly influences the growth of Creative Cloud and Firefly-products central to how customers create and bring ideas to life. Your team's insights will shape product strategy, marketing investment, funnel goals, and executive decisions. This is a unique opportunity to combine customer analytics, business performance leadership, and cross-functional influence to drive meaningful impact at scale.
