Job description

System Administrator
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required. Only candidates who currently possess this clearance can be considered for this position.
 
Aperio Global is seeking a System Administrator to support a mission-critical customer in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The ideal candidate has experience administering enterprise Windows and Linux environments, maintaining mission systems, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and supporting secure, highly available infrastructure in dynamic operational environments.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain enterprise Windows and Linux server environments.
  • Troubleshoot system and network performance issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Configure, maintain, and enhance mission-critical information systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to identify system improvements and implement infrastructure solutions.
  • Support system administration activities in cloud and enterprise computing environments.
  • Assist with cyber operations through system administration and infrastructure support.
  • Evolve existing information systems to meet emerging mission requirements.
Required:
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience administering Windows and Linux server-client environments.
  • Experience supporting the operations and maintenance of enterprise information systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting system performance and resolving technical issues.
  • Experience supporting cloud-based infrastructure and enterprise computing environments.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, mission-focused environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience supporting worldwide operational or enterprise environments.
  • Experience with global network operations or data center environments.
  • Experience supporting cyber operations or secure government IT infrastructures.
Work Location:
Washington Metropolitan Area (Onsite)
Limited CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required.
Security Clearance
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
 
Salary Range: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
