School Data Leadership Teams

REPORTS TO:
Principals
DESCRIPTION:
Building-based data leadership team members under the guidance of the principal will collaborate to review state and local assessment data of current students to identify areas in need of extra support.  Teams will be tasked with creating a plan to target instructional goals that will be informed by the data, this may include reviewing challenging learning standards, creating mini lessons, identifying resources, curating sample instructional activities, etc.  This will be achieved through focused planning sessions to review patterns of student performance to strengthen instruction through the development of targeted strategies and activities. 
PROGRAM DETAILS:
Meetings will take place September 2026- June 2027
Members must be available to meet a minimum of twice a month (before or after school, or during lunch or common prep) as determined in collaboration with the principal.
QUALIFICATIONS:










  • Knowledge of literacy and math foundation skills
  • Knowledge of best practices and strategies related to literacy, math, and behavior
  • Experience with navigating LinkIt!, i-Ready, and Achieve3000
  • Strong leadership qualities and a desire to move initiatives forward

 
REMUNERATION:
Salary will be in accordance with the current KEA Salary Guide. 
Duties must be performed outside of regular contracted school duties/hours.
