Job description

Description: To prepare nutritional meals, predominantly scratch cooking, serve on line when needed; clean and wash all equipment and utensils used in food preparation, maintain standard of health, sanitation, and safety to comply with Federal and State regulations, assist in other areas or serve as cashier.  Skills in working with and directing people essential.
Qualifications: Formal education preferred. Food service experience preferred. Must work as a team member and have strong interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions: Fast paced environment, with an emphasis on safety and cleanliness.
