Job description

New Patterns ABA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide applied behavior analysis services under close supervision of our BCBAs. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care and support to children across various settings, including in-home, community-based, and school environments. The RBT will play a vital role in implementing individualized treatment plans and connecting the clients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Implement ABA therapy protocols under clinical supervision
  • Conduct in-home, community, and school-based sessions with children
  • Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress
  • Collaborate with supervisors and team members on treatment goals
  • Maintain regular travel between client locations as required
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in behavior analysis or related fields
