What skills and qualifications are needed to thrive as a school based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)?

To thrive as a School-Based RBT, you need a solid understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior intervention strategies, and must hold an RBT certification. Familiarity with data collection systems, behavior tracking software, and progress reporting tools is essential.
