  • Provide individual, family, and caregiver-focused therapy via secure telehealth
  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop strengths-based treatment plans
  • Support youth and families using trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, PMHNPs, and care team members to ensure coordinated services
  • Assist with care coordination, resource linkage, and family education
  • Complete timely, compliant documentation in our EHR
