What does a schedule manager do?

A Schedule Manager is responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing schedules to ensure projects or operations run smoothly and on time. They coordinate with various teams to allocate resources efficiently, monitor progress, and adjust timelines as needed to meet deadlines.
