Job Summary:
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Global SCCM Administrator to enhance the end user experience through effective management of their Global SCCM platform. The role involves ensuring best practices in SCCM administration, managing security for Windows applications and devices, and overseeing application lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
• Ownership of the Global SCCM platform, driving towards consolidation and consistency in the way that SCCM is administered and supported globally
• Identify and configure distribution methods for deployments
• Keep the systems patched and updated
• Ensure standardization and manage configuration drift across the environment
• Auditing of hardware/software inventory
• Recommending and implementing policies and standards to ensure adherence to security procedures
• Responsible for creating and maintaining procedural documentation
• Analyse, optimize, and integrate applications and services
• Tier III support with in-depth knowledge of desktop/application troubleshooting
• Operate and enhance existing automated processes for software delivery/packaging, operating system deployment, and configuration management to distribute throughout enterprise SCCM hierarchy
• Provide application/Windows OS installation/configuration/patching data reporting (application install status, client health, )
• Responsible for coordinating and implementing Configuration management across the organization on Windows desktops and Windows servers working with regional teams.
• Develop Key metrics to audit our environment and ensure compliance
• Partner with operational support teams and vendor partners globally
• Oversee Application Lifecycle Management within the VDI environment (installation, configuration, troubleshooting, upgrades)
• Responsible for the process to ensure patch and application currency throughout the environment along with reporting.
• Partner with Desktop Tools tower to ensure that versions of all software in the VDI environment align with standard desktops.
• Monitor and track performance of the platform including expertise in SQL tuning as a critical part of the infra.
• Infrastructure maintenance - Responsible for keeping the SCCM Global infrastructure up to date multiple times a year, staying on current version.
• Create and maintain collections for project and ad-hoc deployments.

• Experience and knowledge of SCCM/Active Directory/Cloud services/Intune
• Knowledge of SQL server – working with operational partners to keep the system healthy, and maintain.
