Hiring: Field Services Support Technician (Onsite – Iowa)

Location: Cedar Rapids, IA (Onsite)
Duration: May 4, 2026 – June 30, 2026 (Ongoing – Renewable Yearly)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Services Support Technician to provide on-site IT support across regional State of Iowa locations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth IT operations, system reliability, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities Regional Technical Support (35%)
  • Provide day-to-day onsite IT support
  • Act as primary liaison between business units and IT teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues
Endpoint Management & Automation (25%)
  • Manage hardware, firmware, and peripherals
  • Perform patching, updates, and security maintenance
  • Develop automation scripts (PowerShell preferred)
