Role Description: The SCBA Technician is a full-time, on-site role located in Lindon, UT. The technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, servicing, and repairing SCBA units and related breathing equipment according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards. Daily tasks include performing routine maintenance, cleaning and assembling components, conducting functional and pressure tests, and documenting all work performed in service records. The role involves organizing inventory of parts and equipment, preparing units for rental or sale, and assisting with equipment demonstrations or basic user guidance for customers. The technician collaborates with team members to ensure a safe workshop environment, adheres to regulatory and company procedures, and supports timely turnaround of customer orders and service requests.


Qualifications

  • Technical aptitude for mechanical and pneumatic systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain SCBA or similar safety equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inspections, testing, recordkeeping, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
