Remote Sales Rep -- AI Website Agency

Elevair

Houston, TX • Remote

$1K - $7K/mo

Contractor

Posted 24 days ago

Job description

We’re Elevair — an AI web agency for local service businesses (plumbers, dentists, med-spas, HVAC). We build websites that ChatGPT actually cites, plus an AI receptionist that books leads 24/7.

We’re hiring a full-cycle sales rep: cold call, book, close. You’ll work alongside our AI dialer that warms up some prospects, but you’ll also work your own pipeline.

What you’d do:

• Cold-call local SMB owners from lists we provide (50–100 dials/day)

• Book your own discovery meetings

• Run a 15-min demo of the website + AI receptionist

• Close. Setup $997–$2,500, then $997/mo recurring

• Hand off signed clients to our build team

We provide:

• Lead lists (Houston/Austin SMBs, pre-researched)

• 1-page cold-call script + sales script + objection handler

• Live demo asset

• CRM, dialer, calendar, e-sign all set up

Pay:

• 20% of setup fee when first invoice clears (~$200–$500 per deal)

• 10% of monthly recurring for first 6 months (~$600 per deal)

• Per deal total: $800–$1,100

• 30-day commission-only trial

• After 2 closes: $1,000/mo base + same commission

You’re a fit if:

• You’ve cold-called SMB owners before and don’t flinch on the phone

• You can close on the same call you cold-called

• You’re OK with commission-only for 30 days

• You can start within 7 days

To apply, reply with:

1. Three industries you’ve sold to

2. Your best month’s commission and what you sold

3. How many dials you’ve done in a single day

4. One sentence: why commission-only doesn’t scare you
