Job description

Job Description:

Maintenance Crew members are responsible for the day to day maintenance of hard and soft scape products, including: plants, groundscape, lighting, mulch. Furthermore, Maintenance Crew members are responsible for the overall maintenance of jobs sites, specific to client requests and contracts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Site Installation: Installation of plants, ground cover, lighting

  • Site Maintenance: management of installed plants, management of ground over (gravel, mulch, etc.), fertilization of plants, watering, weeding and general site clean up

  • Site Plants: proactively identify plants that are in distress or need to be changed out. Provide plant information to the maintenance manager who will work to identify new plants/ plant replacements as needed

  • Plant status: identify plants that need to be swapped out or in distress and alert the Maintenance Manager of their findingsย
