Warehouse Lead Duties & Responsibilities
- Trailer Unloading: Off-load trailers and unload incoming shipments safely and efficiently.
- Product Scannig: Scan products using handheld scanners to ensure accurate inventory tracking.
- Pallet Preparation: Manually shrink-wrap pallets to secure merchandise for storage and shipment.
- Inventory Organization: Sort and organize merchandise onto pallets according to assigned and letter codes.
- Warehouse support: Move, store, and organize products throughout the warehouse.
- Order Preparation: Stock inventory and assist with picking and preparing orders.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain cleanliness and adhere to all workplace safety standards.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce company safety policies and OSHA standards.
Warehouse Lead Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Entry-level position; no prior warehouse experience required. Training provided.
- Equipment Knowledge: Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment, including handheld scanners
- Computer Skills: Basic computer skills preferred
- Bilingual Skills: English/Spanish bilingual candidates preferred but not required
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items as needed.
