Office Clerk

The Office Clerk will assist the General Manager in performing administrative and clerical duties at the service center level. Starting compensation for this position is $15 per hour.

• Provide quality service to walk-in customers and on the phone

• Fax, copy and scan paperwork

• Communicate with moving crews

• Perform general housekeeping duties and maintain inventory of supplies

• Prepare various report for management and maintain required forms and logs

• Set up appointments for surveys/deliveries

• Filing and organizing paperwork
