Role Summary

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Filing Clerk to support dealership administrative operations through document management, filing, scanning, and general office support.

More about the role

  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages throughout the dealership.
  • Organize, maintain, and clean dealership folders and filing systems.
  • Scan repair orders and supporting documentation.
  • Scan and index paperwork into Reynolds.
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.
  • Provide support to various departments as needed.
  • Maintain an organized and professional reception and office area.
  • Handle dealership documents in a timely and accurate manner while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
