Job description

Agile Delivery Lead

Remote (CST or EST) with Quarterly Travel

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Delivery Lead to drive delivery excellence across the organization. This is a high-impact role responsible for coordinating quarterly planning, improving execution across teams, and ensuring the organization delivers with clarity, alignment, and predictability.

This role is ideal for someone who has moved beyond supporting a single team and is ready to influence delivery at scale.

What You'll Do
  • Plan and facilitate quarterly planning events across the organization

  • Align priorities, capacity, and sequencing with Product and business leaders

  • Coach teams on Agile practices, backlog readiness, and delivery discipline

  • Support Product Owners in outcome-focused planning

  • Facilitate key ceremonies while promoting accountability

  • Maintain Jira dashboards and reporting accuracy

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive measurable change

What Success Looks Like

  • Experience leading large planning events (PI or quarterly planning)

  • Ability to coach multiple teams simultaneously

  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder communication skills

  • Deep experience with Jira reporting and dashboards

  • Scaled Agile experience (SAFe or similar)

  • Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, ACP, SPC) preferred
