For a Scale Supervisor, jobs that require complex decision-making, human oversight, and physical presence, such as logistics managers, maintenance technicians, and quality control inspectors, are less likely to be fully replaced by AI. These roles involve hands-on tasks, problem-solving, and supervision that depend on human judgment and adaptability. Skills in managing automation systems and understanding operational processes will remain valuable in these positions.
