Job Summary:

Generate weight tickets as trucks are entering and leaving the facility.

Job Description:

· Generate weight tickets for inbound Roll-Offs and Dump Trucks. (If dump trucks have tools and debris you will stage the truck and remove the tare weight until the truck is brought back with just the debris. If the truck has tools only you will stamp and initial the Work Order.)

· Print out weight tickets that are needed for LEED and Waste Management reports.

· Generate LEED Reports and Waste Management reports to be reviewed by Lead Weighmaster.

· Generate weight tickets for outbound loads.

· Process cash/credit card customers

· Perform inbound/outbound vehicle inspection.

· Double check work orders and ticket info for accuracy and close complete in a timely manner.

· Request sorted material pick-ups.

· Ensures cash drawer is balanced and closed out at the end of shift

· Follow up with IRS Dispatch if you have any dump trucks that are on the Staged list.

· Keep an Inventory Log of the total outbound loads that are ready to be shipped.

· Review trucks that are on the staged list.

· Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Ability:

· Bi-lingual Spanish required.

· Ability to handle a high volume of work in a timely and efficient manner with a keen attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to interact with clients, employees and vendors in a professional manner.

· Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally.

· Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast- paced and high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
