Job description

DNAM Brands is a family-owned and operated company that owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Media Planner/Buyer to oversee the development, planning, buying, and execution of multiple media initiatives. This role is responsible for managing media execution to deliver precise, efficient campaigns that achieve strong performance results through proven analytics.

The ideal candidate has experience in media planning and buying along with an understanding of a changing media environment. This individual will oversee media budgets with a strong commitment to ensuring transparency, responsible resource allocation, and effective use of funds. They will thrive in fast-paced environments that require agility and adaptability.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive media plans aligned with company goals across local DMAs
  • Create, manage, and forecast annual media budgets across all markets
  • Plan, negotiate, purchase, and execute integrated campaigns across digital, direct mail, sponsorships, print, outdoor, and other traditional channels
  • Provide strategic recommendations on channel selection, budget allocation, and overall media direction
  • Monitor industry trends, marketplace dynamics, campaign performance, customer data, KPIs, and cost-efficiency metrics
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights and continuously optimize media investments
  • Manage large-scale media budgets while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and measurable results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and partners
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical, communication, negotiation, organizational, and project management skills
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • 3-4 plus years of media buying experience
