Job Overview

We are looking for a Scrum Master to act as a servant leader and Agile coach for teams working within the vehicle services domain. This role focuses on driving Agile best practices, enabling team performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and transparency.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, guiding them through all Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes
  • Coach teams on Lean/Agile principles, improving delivery, predictability, and overall productivity
  • Support release planning, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth execution
  • Identify, track, and help resolve impediments, including cross-team dependencies
  • Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to enhance delivery outcomes and Agile adoption
  • Facilitate cross-team planning and alignment activities
  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Monitor and communicate team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) and recommend improvements
  • Ensure teams follow quality engineering practices such as story kickoffs, automated testing, and collaborative development
  • Provide input on resource planning and bottleneck resolution

Required Skills & Experience
  • 2–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile practitioner (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
  • Strong focus on execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement

  • Experience leveraging or managing teams using AI tools / AI-driven workflows
