Title: Facility Maintenance Technician
Location:Eddyville, IA
Salary:up to $21.35/hr (DOE)
Hours:Monday - Friday 6am-2:30pm
Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:
Teammembermust be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. "Safety First" expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and compliance with all company / site safety guidelines and procedures.
Assigned tasks list to include, but not limited to,repairs,andmaintainsbuilding structures,systems,and mechanical equipmentin accordance withdiagrams, sketches, operating manuals, manufacturers'specifications,or supervisor's instructions, using hand and power tools, precision measuring or testing devices.
Responsible for general maintenance as assigned including minor carpentry, repairs of furniture, doors, windows, plumbing, etc.
Must have working knowledge and be able tooperatethe following:skid steer loaders, vacuum truck and water jetting equipment, scissors lifts, boom lifts,forklifts,and hand / power tools.
Must be able to use hand toolson a daily basissuch as power tools (hand grinders, saws, impact wrenches,drill press, and hydraulic pullers), and rigging equipment.Also perform welding, using a cutting torchasrequired.
Must be able tooperateand have knowledge of simple and complex heavy industrial equipment such as forklifts,scissors lifts, basket trucks, and skid loaders.
Works from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, scaffolding, etc.utilizingfall protection equipment as necessary to complete tasks

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $18.15 - $21.35
