What You'll Do
This role offers hands-on experience across multiple disciplines with long-term growth opportunities. In this role you will:
  • Perform rigging, signaling, and load control for heavy lifts
  • Assist with crane assembly, gantry systems, and hydraulic equipment
  • Support wind projects and heavy haul operations
  • Inspect, maintain, and prepare rigging gear for safe use
  • Help with equipment transport, including trucks and trailers
  • Work both in the field and on dynamic project sites

What You Bring
