Job Summary for this role:

Performs various maintenance duties and handles service requests requiring general technical labor skills.


General Accountabilities:


  • Routinely performs general building/contracting functions under direct supervision.
  • Understanding and performance of various trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, general interior and exterior building work.
  • Performs routine maintenance for buildings and various jobsites.
  • Performs general cleaning duties of buildings or properties as needed.
  • Records type and cost of maintenance or repair work as directed.
