Job Responsibilities
The Student Records Coordinator provides administrative support for student records and graduation processes. Responsibilities include preparing communications related to academic standing and academic honors, correcting enrollment file errors, and maintaining the degree audit system. This position also coordinates graduation application processing and supports commencement planning and event preparation. Additional administrative responsibilities and other duties may be assigned as needed.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Access, or similar software. Strong customer service skills and a commitment to ethical communication practices. Valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.
Additional Comments
Must have ability to understand University policy and demonstrate professional standards. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Must be able to identify priorities and demonstrate ability to accomplish goals and meet deadlines. Must have ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, administration, staff, students, parents, and the public
