Job Responsibilities
The Associate Head Wrestling Coach will assist the Head Wrestling Coach with responsibilities associated with the organization and administration of the men's wrestling program.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
Bachelor's degree is required. Prior coaching experience in wrestling. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required. Must have strong skills in providing excellent customer service and demonstrate strong ethics.
Additional Comments
Must have Knowledge and understanding of coaching, recruiting, and collegiate wrestling program administration. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Thorough knowledge of all aspects of wrestling. Must have excellent communication skills and have ability to develop good rapport with students, parents/guardians of student-athletes, and campus wide staff. Be able to work independently to get assigned tasks completed and turn is required information on time.
