JOB DESCRIPTION
Savvy Home Care is a home care services provider that caters to Chester County, Delaware County, Philadelphia County, Bucks County and Montgomery county. Direct Care Workers / Caregivers

We are seeking Personal Care Assistants to become a part of our team! You will provide routine healthcare to patients at the patient's home.

Responsibilities:

Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with disabilities
Monitor and report changes in patient health status
Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
Provide specialized healthcare such as administering medication and changing bandages
Light Housekeeping
Must have a car with current auto insurance to run errands for the patient


Qualifications:

Experience in home health, or other related fields
Positive and patient demeanor
Ability to build rapport with patients
Ability to handle physical workload
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have a valid drives license with good driving record
Must be able to work rotating weekends and holidays
