What we do:
  • Convert leads into first visits
  • Personalize the guest's sauna experience
  • Welcome each guest by name and with enthusiasm
  • Ensure they know how to properly use all sauna/tv features
  • Promote the benefits of IR Saunas
  • Communicate the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
  • Maintain clean facility and studio appearance
  • Assist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
  • Contribute daily to studio metrics
Shift:
  • Opening shift, starts 6:35 am
  • 6-8 hours per shift
  • Part -time; primarily solo shift
  • Must be available either Saturday or Sunday
  • Cross-training for closing shift is available for someone with more flexibility
