Job description

Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is looking for a Senior Safety Engineer - PMC to join our team in Saudi Arabia within the Oil & Energy sector. This role involves taking a leadership position in managing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with safety standards on all projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in safety engineering and a keen understanding of project management consultancy.

As a part of our independent Talent Acquisition Consultancy, you will play a crucial role in enhancing safety measures while working collaboratively with various teams to ensure the well-being of all personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of safety management systems and programs.
  • Conduct comprehensive safety audits and risk assessments on various projects.
  • Oversee incident investigations, analyzing data to improve safety performance.
  • Provide expert advice on safety regulations and best practices to project management teams.
  • Prepare and deliver safety training sessions for employees and contractors.
  • Monitor and report on safety performance metrics, suggesting improvements where necessary.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with local and international safety standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
