SUMMARY: Saturn Petcare, Inc. has a new state-of-the-art, pet foods manufacturing facility. Maintenance is required for both preventative maintenance and corrective maintenance. Maintenance Technicians will work both in teams and in conjunction with production to ensure machine availability is maximized.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Corrective and preventative maintenance on our highly automated production equipment.Support continuous Improvement activities and projects.Support facility maintenance tasks as necessary.Machine troubleshootingPLC knowledgeHand and power toolsPneumaticsAbility to read and interpret wiring and mechanical DiagramsAbility to use Microsoft Office applicationsUnderstanding of technical procedures and manualsGeneral understanding of intermediate mathematicsProblem solving skills using root cause analysis and reasoning abilityCan work independently or in a team environment and demonstrates pride in workmanshipSupervisory Responsibilities:NoneQualifications and Duties: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
