Work Environment

This position allows you to work in a fully remote setting, offering the flexibility to manage your schedule while maintaining a work-life balance. As a member of our supportive team, you will enjoy the benefits of in-house credentialing and management of your insurance participation and scheduling to empower you to focus solely on your clients’ needs. Our clinic operates Monday through Saturday, allowing for a variety of client availability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to identify their mental health needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to develop and implement individualized service plans.
  • Document all assessments, interventions, and treatment plans meticulously to ensure continuity of care and adherence to ethical standards.
  • Participate in regular interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient care, ensuring a collaborative approach to treatment.
  • Provide case management for assigned patients by consulting with other healthcare professionals and community resources to create a holistic treatment plan.
  • Address the psychological, social, and emotional needs of patients while offering guidance and support tailored to their unique circumstances.
  • Complete all required documentation in a timely and ethical manner, fostering clear communication within the team.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults, with varying mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals from different cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, ensuring that your therapeutic approach is adaptable and sensitive to their unique needs. The goal of your work is to empower clients to develop coping mechanisms and improve their overall mental wellness.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a valid licensure as either LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
