Position Overview

Advantage Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is focused on delivering exceptional support and interventions to enhance the developmental trajectories of children aged 0-3 who face disabilities or delays. As an LCSW, you will play a pivotal role in conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supporting families in navigating early intervention services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments for children to identify developmental delays and disabilities.
  • Collaborate with family members and other professionals to formulate and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP).
  • Monitor and document outcomes, ensuring that intervention strategies are effectively meeting the needs of each child.
  • Facilitate family support by providing guidance, resources, and strategies to enhance learning in natural environments.
  • Comply with all relevant federal and state regulations affecting early childhood intervention services.
  • Develop strong therapeutic relationships with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members to foster a cohesive and productive working environment.
  • Engage in continuous professional education to stay updated on best practices in early childhood intervention and social work.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this position is on infants and toddlers with developmental delays or disabilities. Your expertise will directly contribute to their cognitive, physical, social/emotional, and communication skill development. You will also work alongside families, empowering them to be active participants in their child's growth and development.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work or a Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Must hold a valid LCSW license from the Department of Public Health.
  • A valid driver's license is required for potential home visits and community engagements.
  • Proficient in adapting interventions to fit the diverse learning styles and specific needs of children and their families.
  • Demonstrated commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices in early intervention.

Compensation and Benefits
