Solace Health Services is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our team as an Early Intervention Specialist. This full-time role allows for remote work, enabling you to provide essential services to our pediatric population, particularly focusing on children from birth to three years old. This position offers a salary range of USD 68,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

As a remote position, you will have the flexibility to conduct assessments and interventions within the comfort of families' homes and within community settings across Vancouver, Washington. This position leverages technology to maintain integral communication with families and multidisciplinary team members while fostering a supportive virtual network. Your responsibilities as an Early Intervention Specialist will encompass a range of clinical and administrative tasks designed to support both children and their families:

• Conduct comprehensive multidisciplinary assessments to evaluate the developmental status of children.
• Engage in the development of individualized service plans (Individual Family Service Plans - IFSP), setting clear goals, objectives, and strategies tailored to each child's unique development needs.
• Provide targeted developmental interventions, both individually and in group settings, employing therapeutic techniques and activities suitable for children aged zero to three.
• Maintain accurate documentation including progress notes, assessments, and reports that adhere to organizational and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate services effectively, scheduling interventions, monitoring progress against goals, and ensuring all procedures and timelines are adhered to.
• Facilitate meaningful parent-child interactions, guiding families to become strong advocates for their children's developmental journeys.
• Support families by addressing their concerns, providing professional guidance, and helping them leverage community resources.

In this role, you will focus primarily on our pediatric population, specifically infants and toddlers who exhibit developmental delays or are at risk for various developmental issues related to cognitive, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, and motor skills. Your work will also extend to supporting parents and caregivers as they navigate the challenges associated with early childhood development.

• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside exceptional organizational abilities.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional standards in practice.
• Proficient computer skills to manage documentation and communication effectively.
• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary.

• Experience working with infants, toddlers, and their families is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with family systems theory and principles of early childhood development.
