This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home in Chattanooga, Tennessee, or any location that suits you. Our telehealth platform is designed to be user-friendly, ensuring seamless interaction with clients while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. You will have the flexibility to create and manage your own schedule, with our practice operating Monday through Saturday to accommodate varying client needs.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, adolescents, families, and groups to determine their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and patient rounds, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and refine interdisciplinary care plans.
• Provide case management services that involve outreach and consultation with community resources, ensuring clients have access to all necessary support.
• Maintain timely and thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatment progress in compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.
• Actively participate in ongoing training and supervision, seeking to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge within the mental health field.

This role encompasses a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will be expected to demonstrate cultural competency and sensitivity while engaging with clients from varied backgrounds. • Candidates must hold appropriate licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or LPC with Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP) status in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is required, demonstrating your ability to effectively facilitate therapeutic sessions.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Experience with telehealth systems and online therapy platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities beyond CBT, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or family systems therapy, would be advantageous.
