Duke Eye Center is accepting applications for a full-time optometrist to provide comprehensive eye care within a multi-specialty ophthalmology setting.

Duke Eye Center is accepting applications for a full-time optometrist to provide comprehensive eye care within a multi-specialty ophthalmology setting. This role includes diagnosis and management of chronic and acute eye disease, as well as post-operative surgical care, delivered in collaboration with a highly skilled, team-oriented clinical staff.

This position offers a unique opportunity that includes the following:

  • Fast-paced, academic medical environment while working closely with ophthalmologists across multiple subspecialties.
  • Rotation between Duke Eye Center's main campus in Durham and additional satellite clinics in the triangle, supporting patient care across these locations as clinical needs require

This role requirements:

  • Active North Carolina optometry license
  • Willingness and ability to travel between Duke Eye Center locations, including Durham and Wake County
