- Bachelor's degree in ABET-accredited Structural Engineering with a minimum of ten years of relevant experience and a Professional Engineering (PE) License. NCEES records are preferred.
- Proficiency in design software such as SAP2000, RAM Structural System, and REVIT and/or AutoCAD.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams.
- Experience in commercial and housing sectors is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) is appreciated.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Proficient in report writing, with the ability to develop and adhere to budgets, scopes, and deadlines.
