Job description

  • Lead SATCOM opportunities from the early capture phases through proposal submission and negotiation.
  • Define bid strategies, including market positioning, competitive analysis, value proposition, risk and opportunity assessment, and industrial partnership models.
  • Coordinate technical, commercial, financial, legal, and industrial teams to develop competitive and feasible proposals.
  • Lead War Rooms, executive reviews, and decision-making processes for high-impact opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate Bid Governance and proposal management processes.
  • Contribute to growth strategies and strengthen the company's positioning within the SATCOM market.
  • Participate in proposal presentations, bid defenses, clarification activities, and negotiations with customers and strategic partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement and knowledge transfer in complex bid management methodologies.
