Communications Technician RF/SATCOM Location: Orlando, FL, 32801 Clearance: SECRET Job Description: The Communications Technician RF/SATCOM will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of radio frequency (RF) and satellite communications (SATCOM) systems. The technician will work with a team to ensure that all systems are functioning properly and meet the needs of the organization. Responsibilities: * Install, maintain, and repair RF and SATCOM systems * Perform routine maintenance on equipment * Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with equipment * Ensure that all systems are functioning properly * Work with a team to complete projects * Provide technical support to end-users * Document all work performed Requirements: * Associate's degree in electronics or related field * 3+ Years experience with RF and SATCOM systems * Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail * Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Flexible spending account * Health insurance/Vision insurance * Life insurance
