Network Operations Engineer This position is 100% Onsite: Tampa, FL Clearance: US Citizen with DoD Secret Responsibilities include: Providing day to day operational routing and switching support with hands on experience with Cisco Routers and Switches Must have experience with routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, RIP, etc...) Troubleshoot routing protocols and end-to-end network performance from the Local Area Network (LAN) through a Wide Area Network (WAN), to a Campus Area Network (CAN). Willingness to cross train and support multiple technologies in an operational environment including SATCOM, Voice, VDI/Virtualization. * Support the system adherence to industry standards, DOD standards, DOD policies, DOD instructions, DOD directives, cybersecurity policies, and best commercial practices.

Utilize ticketing systems for detailed documentation of outages and network change activities. Provide technical problem resolution for a wide range of network infrastructure problems or anomalies. * This position requires flexibility to support 24×7 Network Operations including 12 hour shifts as required.
