Preferred Skills:
A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or a closely related field.
Position Description:
Knowledge in:
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, Google, Focus, Excel, Visio, OnBase and other data management programs.
  • Data systems creation methods, software applications used to monitor and review data.
  • Statistical and business analysis.
  • Division's current data systems, including FOCUS, OnBase, as well as knowledge and experience using databases, including creating simple databases and queries.
  • Strategies for achieving effective data acquisition.
  • Management, quality, use and application.
  • Applicable laws, rules, policies regarding security, privacy, and management of confidential data.
  • IT lifecycle and preventative disease and vaccination surveillance system design, operation and maintenance.
  • Qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring program/project efficacy; project management disciplines and techniques.
