SAR is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to build a premier alumni community. This role is for a creative self-starter who will serve as the central connector for graduates, launching innovative initiatives that foster lifelong connection, learning, and institutional pride.

Key Performance Outcomes
  • High levels of alumni pride and active engagement across all life stages.

  • Successful execution of signature high-energy events and reunions.

  • A robust pipeline of alumni leaders, volunteers, and donors.

  • An accurate, up-to-date, and strategically utilized alumni database.

Primary Responsibilities Strategy & Programming
  • Set the vision and annual roadmap for global alumni engagement.

  • Design and implement meaningful social, educational, and mission-aligned experiences.

  • Develop high-impact communication strategies to tell the SAR alumni story.

Development & Relationship Building
  • Cultivate a culture of philanthropy and increase annual alumni participation in giving.
