Who WE are looking for:
The Casino Revenue Auditor is responsible for the daily audit and reconciliation of gaming and non-gaming revenue streams. This role ensures that all financial transactions are accurately recorded, discrepancies are investigated, and all operations comply with internal controls, state/tribal gaming regulations, and federal laws (including Title 31). The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
What is expected of YOU:
Audit & Reconciliation
  • Perform daily audits of gaming revenue (Table Games, Slot Machines, Poker Room, Bingo) and non-gaming revenue (Food & Beverage, Hotel, Retail, Entertainment).
  • Reconcile Cage Cashier paperwork, including fill/credit slips, markers, front money, and main bank summaries.
  • Review slot accounting systems and verify automated meter readings against actual drop and win amounts.
  • Audit automated ticket redemption machines (kiosks) and ATMs for variances.
  • Review comp issuance and voided transactions for proper authorization and business purpose.

Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure strict adherence to the casino's Internal Controls (ICS), Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS), and state gaming commission regulations.
  • Monitor and audit for Title 31 (Bank Secrecy Act) compliance, including reviewing Multiple Transaction Logs (MTL) and Suspicious Activity Reports (SAR).
  • Prepare daily revenue journals and enter data into the general ledger system.
  • Generate and distribute daily operational reports, variance reports, and exception reports to department heads and executive management.

Investigation & Communication
  • Identify, investigate, and document any financial discrepancies, missing paperwork, or variances in daily balances.
  • Issue Exception Reports for policy violations or continuous documentation errors, working directly with department managers to resolve issues.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, as well as external audits.

Experience YOU will need:
  • Excellent internal/external guest services
  • Accurate skills with a 10 key calculator and basic computer use
  • Previous experience in the casino, gaming, or hospitality industry is highly preferred
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a hyper-focus on accuracy
  • Proficient in data entry
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively report findings to management
  • Other job duties as assigned.
  • High School/GED preferred
  • Bilingual preferred

  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Other physical demands of this job may include, but are not limited to: bending, lifting up to a minimum of 20 lbs.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
  • Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
