As an Executive Director on the Brand team, you will serve as the visionary architect of Sapphire’s brand strategy, driving breakthrough growth and cultural relevance. You will inspire and lead a high‑performing team, collaborating across Marketing, Product, Media, PR, Social, and Experiential to deliver innovative, cohesive campaigns and customer journeys that set new industry standards for engagement and acquisition. Job responsibilities
  • Set a bold vision for Sapphire’s brand by using consumer insights and cultural trends to position Sapphire as a leader in the premium lifestyle space.
  • Champion innovation and challenge the status quo to keep the brand ahead of market shifts, consumer expectations, and cultural moments.

  • Oversee multi‑million‑dollar creative productions across film, social, and digital channels, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality delivery. Identify opportunities to scale Sapphire’s brand presence and relevance across diverse markets and audiences.
  • Use advanced analytics and measurement frameworks to inform strategy, optimize investments, translate data into insights, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Manage brand budgets, investment allocation, and prioritization to achieve business objectives with disciplined spend and clear ROI measurement.
  • Attract, manage, and develop exceptional talent while fostering a culture of curiosity, creativity, accountability, risk‑taking, and breakthrough performance.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Product, Media, Social, PR, Experiential, Analytics, Finance, Legal, agencies, and senior leadership to align strategy, improve customer experiences, scale brand relevance, and influence key decisions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, agency, or customer engagement, with leadership responsibility at top‑tier lifestyle brands.
  • Proven track record leading iconic, award‑winning campaigns that shaped brand perception and delivered measurable business impact.
  • Experience building premium or luxury brands with a focus on cultural relevance, innovation, and emotional storytelling.
  • Exceptional creative judgment, with a portfolio demonstrating leadership of best‑in‑class creative work and agency partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, inspire, and lead high‑performing teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Relentless curiosity, passion for innovation, and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments with high expectations and competing priorities.
