Job Summary:
Accenture Federal Services is committed to helping the US federal government enhance national security and improve lives through technology. The role of SAP Warehouse Management Site Support Technical Consultant involves providing advanced technical support for SAP systems, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with teams to enhance system performance.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 2 technical support for ECC, EWM, TM, and WMS systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements
• Conduct system testing and provide recommendations for improvements
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in SAP technology
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP tools and processes, particularly in areas such as Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Familiarity with SAP ECC
• Exposure to troubleshooting methodologies, performance optimization techniques, and system monitoring tools
• Experience resolving complex technical issues and implementing system improvements
• US Citizen (no dual citizenship)
• Must be eligible to obtain a government Public Trust Clearance
• Ability to work onsite at the client location Monday-Friday in Susquehanna, PA
Preferred:
• Relevant SAP certification(s)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
